Abstract submission

Abstracts must report an original and substantial advance in magnetism and magnetic materials according to the templates and should be written in clear English.

Templates:

.tex in Overleaf (preferred) or .docx

FINAL abstract submission deadline is 18th of August 2024 23:59 UTC

Abstract submission is CLOSED

Mismatch with registered email

By choosing "Oral or poster" your abstract will be subjected to review for poster presentation in the event there are insufficient spots for oral contributions

Guidelines :

​​1. Click the link to get the AtC-AtG template in Overleaf

2. Prepare your own project following guidelines in the template 

3. Rename your project, TEX, BIB, & figure files according to the following format (without the quotes):

> Project name - "Region_FirstName_LastName"
> TEX file name - "Region_FirstName_LastName_abstract.tex" 
> BIB file name - "Region_FirstName_LastName_abstract.bib" 
> Figure file name - "Region_FirstName_LastName_figure.png(.jpg, .tiff, ...)"

Use the following region codes:

> EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
> APAC (Asia and Pacific)
> Americas

4. Share your abstract in several steps:

> Click Share in the upper right corner of the Overleaf

> Turn on "Link sharing"

> Copy the view-only link

> Paste the link in the form below

Add abstract
Add figure

Guidelines :

​​1. Click the link to get the AtC-AtG template in Word

2. Prepare your abstract following guidelines in the template

3. Add one figure and its caption (optional)

4. Rename your DOCX & figure files according to the following format (without the quotes):

> DOCX file name - "Region_FirstName_LastName_abstract.docx" 
> Figure file name - "Region_FirstName_LastName_figure.png(.jpg, .tiff, ...)"

Use the following region codes:

> EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
> APAC (Asia and Pacific)
> Americas

5. Upload the files in the forms below
